BAVX During COVID-19

Bal-A-Vis-X is hands-on. Its foundation is PARTNER EXERCISES, during which partners exchange bags and balls in multiple patterns with multiple goals. One crucial goal is to maintain auditory synchronicity with partner/group OR to achieve that synchronicity via visual cues. All exercises—individual or partner or group—are based on these foundational skills. [YouTube video clips often feature such scenes.] 

Covid-19 has rendered IN-PERSON Partner Exercises dangerous in shared physical space. And tech limitations render ON-LINE Partner/Group Exercises impossible because auditory synchronicity cannot be achieved. Thus, Regular Bal-A-Vis-X (R-BAVX) trainings are indefinitely postponed.

What are my options for BAVX Training?

So NOW your options for Bal-A-Vis-X training are 1) teach yourself from our three BAVX DVDS--Disc One Foundation Exercises, Disc Two Intermediate Exercises, Disc Three Advanced Exercises; or 2) use our NEW Disc Four Trauma Informed Bal-A-Vis-X (TIB), which contains only INDIVIDUAL EXERCISES that require NO SHARED MATERIALS, NO SHARED SPACE, NO AUDITORY SYNCHRONICITY. It is specifically designed for an adult to SELF-LEARN, then teach a student, 1-on-1, in-person or on-line. TIB exercises produce PHYSICAL MINDFULNESS, which addresses trauma, anxiety, focus, regulation, and ADHD.
